This is an introduction to the history and culture of Canada’s Métis Citizens. In this course, we explore a number of aspects such as who are the Métis and what is their connection to both First Nations and European roots. We will also discuss Métis history, languages, and traditions. This course gives a concise look at the visible and invisible aspects of a culture born in Canada.
