Do you want to learn how to stay safe around chemicals and other hazardous materials? WHMIS training is not only a great addition to your resume – it helps keep you safe! Hazardous products can be found in nearly all homes and workplaces. Therefore, even though the overall goal of WHMIS is to educate and protect workers from chemical hazards in the workplace, it can help protect you and your family at home too. This Moodle course goes over what WHMIS is, why it matters to you, what the symbols mean, and how to stay safe from hazardous materials.
