Mindfulness is for everyone. It doesn t matter how old you are, what your physical ability is, if you re religious or not, it can benefit you! In this introductory course, we learn what mindfulness is, why it is important, and start practicing some simple and easy techniques that will help you cope with stress and create some calm space in your mind.
