Are you thinking about a job or career in the Food and Beverage Industry, but don t know if you need Smart Serve? This course is designed, by Ontario Native Literacy Coalition (ONLC), as a preparation and study companion for learners interested in obtaining the Smart Serve certification in Ontario. This course offers a look at what Smart Serve is, who needs it, and what steps to follow in order to keep employees and the public safe and informed. It also introduces learners to some different avenues, Indigenous performers on the rise, and popular Indigenous restaurants.
