This includes land stewardship, edible wild food, Indigenizing your diet, food preservation, restoring Mother Earth, the importance of plants, cooking demonstrations and more. Join us in this eye-opening course originally designed by the Ontario Native Literacy Coalition (ONLC) to learn more about these important topics and how we can develop a holistic approach to sustainable and healthy food practices.
