In this course, we explore different sustainable food practices and traditional ways of health and healing. This includes land stewardship, edible wild food, Indigenizing your diet, food preservation, restoring Mother Earth, the importance of plants, cooking demonstrations and more. Join us in this eye-opening course originally designed by the Ontario Native Literacy Coalition (ONLC) to learn more about these important topics and how we can develop a holistic approach to sustainable and healthy food practices.
