It’s not usually a lack of technical skills that holds them back, but rather a need to develop “soft skills.” In this course, you ll learn what these soft skills are, and why employers are looking for employees who have them. The course will explore Personal Qualities, Communication Skills, Teamwork Skills and Problem Solving Skills and how you can develop them.
