Let's Build a Sustainable Food System Module #4
This course has activities that will provide a basic-level introduction to the protection, conservation and restoration of Indigenous food systems. Cultural, economic and environmental responsibility will be key topics when examining sustainability and planning for today, tomorrow and for seven generations. Module #4 covers Stewardship of the Land: Food Preservation, Food Restoration, and The Importance of Plants. There are approximately 25 hours of learning in this module.
