Let's Build a Sustainable Food System Module #2
This course has activities that will provide a basic-level introduction to the protection, conservation and restoration of Indigenous food systems. Cultural, economic and environmental responsibility will be key topics when examining sustainability and planning for today, tomorrow and for seven generations. Module #2 covers The Importance of Agriculture Today: What do Plants Need to Survive, The Loss of Traditional Food Use, and The Three Sisters: Corn, Beans and Squash. There are approximately 25 hours of learning in this module.
