Let's Build a Sustainable Food System Module #1
This course has activities that will provide a basic-level introduction to the protection, conservation and restoration of Indigenous food systems. Cultural, economic and environmental responsibility will be key topics when examining sustainability and planning for today, tomorrow and for seven generations. Module #1 covers What is Food sustainability? Food Systems in Indigenous Communities, Benefits of a Traditional Diet and Food Security. There are approximately 25 hours of learning in this module.
