This course concentrates on math concepts and skills needed in 5 chosen careers. The careers are designed to prepare for an apprenticeship program or the workplace. The 5 modules are Cashier: Working with Money, Carpentry: Working with Measurements, Cook/Baker: Working with Ratios & Proportions, Plumber: Working with Fractions, Transport Truck Driver: Working with height, weight and distance. This course is part of the Indigenous STEAM Employment Path Program. It contains approximately 100 hrs of learning.
